Creative Communities provided high-level advice on the first concept designs. One simple question from David Engwicht resulted in a complete reversal in the order that the buildings were erected, which allowed for a space, that was going to be used as a car ramp, to be converted into the public space pictured above.
Creative Communities then provided high level reviews of plans for the public spaces as they were evolving and provided detailed guidelines for the design of the common spaces so they provided a stronger sense of place.
